Job summary

Torrid is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will help customers find fashion that fits and makes them feel confident, greet shoppers, answer questions, and use product knowledge to drive add-on sales.

This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, while keeping displays clean and inviting and supporting stockroom organization. You’ll join a diverse, inclusive team focused on customer care and fashion-forward service.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
