Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience where available.
• Willingness to engage with customers and have conversations to provide excellent service.
• Guide customers through fashion trends, stories and products in all areas of the store.
• Promote and sell products to customers.
• Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.
• Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management team.
• Keep up-to-date with fashion trends and share knowledge with customers.
• Retain and share service, fashion and store operations knowledge with colleagues.
• Follow procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all areas of the store.
• Provide feedback with colleagues to learn and support each other.
• Participate in onboarding, introductions, trainings and courses relevant for role and development.
• Complete garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and garment care.
• Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practices and processes.
• Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house (stockrooms).
• Support garment presentation, execution and maintains attractive merchandise displays, trends and stories per guidelines.
• Ensure stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor.
• Follow in-store omni services & tech services/tools (Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store etc).
• Assist with opening and closing of the store.
• Follow all health & safety guidelines and legal requirements.
