You will drive selling efforts and customer relationships through friendly service and effective selling techniques, while handling daily store functions such as merchandising, pricing, and inventory control. Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive selling efforts and customer relationships through excellent service and selling techniques.
• Perform daily store functions: merchandising, product sales, customer relations and store maintenance.
• Comply with company policies and visual standards; support shipments and restocking.
• Maintain a neat, organized sales floor and assist with store organization as directed.
• Support product programs and reduce theft; work with the store team as needed.
