Qualifications

• Previous work experience in retail or customer service is preferred, but not necessary.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to help customers find products that meet their needs.
• Drive sales and merchandising on the sales floor, including restocking and pricing.
• Assist with shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing; maintain store standards.
• Help monitor shrink and assist management in loss prevention efforts.
• Balance all money taken in during assignments and report discrepancies to management.
• Keep the store neat, organized and present a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
