Job summary

KnitWell Group is hiring a Sales Associate in Madison, WI to deliver a customer-centered shopping experience and provide personalized service. You’ll engage with customers, share product knowledge, and help create a seamless omnichannel journey.

You’ll bring energy to a team that values hospitality, initiative, and collaboration, with flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, and a focus on meeting store goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old for certain states; otherwise 18+.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products and move around the sales floor and stockroom.
• Ability to operate the register and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a customer-centered experience reflecting our hospitality culture.
• Initiate authentic conversations to understand customer needs and provide personalized service.
