Meijer in Marion, OH is seeking a part-time Fashion Clerk - Softlines to deliver friendly customer service while maintaining shelves and merchandise. The role supports stock replenishment and merchandising tasks to ensure a well organized shopping experience.

This entry‑level position requires comfort with basic technology, teamwork, and physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs. Overnight shifts are available to prepare the store for each new day.

Qualifications

• Entry level role with emphasis on customer service and merchandising.
• Comfortable using basic technology and following store procedures.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending and standing for long periods.
• Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of products in the softlines and grocery areas.
• Move products from pallets or carts to correct shelves accurately.
• Pull backstock and dispose of boxes and trash in back-room areas.
• Work with leadership to ensure areas are completed on time and kept clean.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers and team members.
• Assist with overnight prep shifts to ready the store for the day.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
