Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with a smile, determine needs, assist with merchandise and offer styling recommendations.
• Achieve personal sales goals; upsell or cross-sell to enhance guest experience.
• Collaborate with team to hit sales targets and maintain store standards.
• Maintain product knowledge on features, benefits and pricing.
• Keep shelves and displays stocked, organized and visually appealing.
• Keep the store clean, neat and well-maintained for a great shopping environment.
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Assist with inventory tasks: receiving shipments, stock checks, counts.
• Adhere to company policies and safety protocols.
• Process returns and exchanges per policy to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Report to work as scheduled and remain flexible to business needs.
