Job summary

CHANEL, Paramus is seeking a Fashion Advisor to deliver exceptional client service and fashion guidance. You will work with a diverse sales team, converting walk-ins to clients and building lasting relationships to boost brand loyalty.

You will report to the Boutique Leadership and contribute to a high-energy in-store experience, including an ability to lift 15 lbs and a flexible schedule that includes weekends and some holidays.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of related experience in fashion retail.
  • Front of House Fashion: full-time in-store presence required to support client sales.
  • Ability to lift 15 lbs and stand for long periods.
  • Flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

About the role

We are looking for a Fashion Advisor with a passion for client service and an expertise in fashion. The Fashion Advisor will play a crucial role of consistently providing a superior level of service to clients, while increasing client conversion and retention, to drive business revenue, and inspire brand loyalty. The Fashion Advisor will work alongside a diverse sales-team, and report to the Boutique’s leadership.

Position Logistics

Compensation

The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is $28.00 through $32.00. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other components [may/will] include additional compensation, benefits, and perks.
