Schad Agency of Farmers Insurance in Aurora, CO is hiring a full-time Insurance Sales Representative who will prospect clients, tailor auto, home, life and health coverage, and manage a proactive sales pipeline while maintaining compliance.

You’ll receive a $50,000 base salary with uncapped commissions and company-provided leads, a Monday–Friday schedule, structured onboarding, Paid Time Off, retirement plan options, and clear opportunities to grow your insurance career.

• Meet individual sales goals and activity benchmarks with coaching support
• Maintain compliance with Colorado insurance regulations and Farmers guidelines

You’ll join an established, family-owned agency with a $50,000 base salary, uncapped commission potential, company provided leads, a consistent Monday-Friday schedule ad opportunities to grow your insurance career.

No insurance background? No problem. We provide structured onboarding that covers Farmers products, the sales process, client conversations, quoting workflows, and compliance so you can build confidence quickly and start performing.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $50,000 per year
• Commission: Uncapped, including 50% of agency commission on new business
