Qualifications

• Washington State Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Washington State Life & Health Insurance License
• Prior experience in insurance sales or customer service roles
• Strong comfort level with computers and navigating multiple software platforms
• Ability to engage with people from all walks of life in a helpful and clear manner
• Strong organizational skills to manage a busy calendar and follow-up tasks

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with local residents by helping them identify the right coverage for their homes, cars, and lives.
• Provide clear, jargon-free explanations of insurance policies so our clients feel truly confident in their protection.
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of client accounts to ensure they are adequately protected as their lives evolve.
• Respond to inquiries with a warm, welcoming demeanor and a focus on finding real solutions.
• Collaborate with the agency team to maintain a clean and organized office environment that makes visitors feel at home.
• Identify gaps in coverage and proactively suggest adjustments that provide better peace of mind for our neighbors.
