A Typical Shift

You'll rotate between the sales floor and warehouse based on customer traffic. Early in the shift, you may greet regulars, answer quick questions, and keep product faced and organized. As the day picks up, you'll move between the counter and the loading area, switching gears as customers need help getting feed, fencing, or supplies to their vehicles. You'll also spend time checking stock levels, straightening high‑traffic areas, and keeping walkways clear. Some tasks take you outside, so expect changing weather and a steady pace. Closing shifts focus on resetting the store, tidying the warehouse, and making sure the next day starts clean and safe.
