Job summary

Southmill Champs is seeking a Farm Driver to safely transport employees between designated pickup points and company farms. The role supports daily farm and warehouse operations, including loading/unloading products and performing intercompany deliveries.

Responsibilities include operating various Company vehicles, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and adhering to safety and food safety standards. Strong teamwork and Spanish comprehension are desirable.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to safely operate Company vehicles and equipment.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Able to perform physical loading/unloading and material handling.
• Dependable, punctual, able to work independently or in a team.
• Ability to understand Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees between designated pickup locations and Company farms.
• Provide shuttle transport for harvesting operations and return employees to facilities.
• Load and unload products, supplies, and materials.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment following safety procedures.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and proper storage of goods.
• Assist with intercompany deliveries and transportation between facilities.
• Report accidents or unsafe conditions to management.
• Perform other duties to support farm and warehouse operations.
