North 40 Outfitters in Great Falls, MT, East Location, is looking to hire a Full-Time Farm Associate to join our team. As a Farm Associate, you will provide outstanding customer service, drive sales, stock and merchandise, and maintain a clean, well-organized department.

Qualifications

• Willingness to share credit and work in a team environment.
• Ability to take initiative, embrace change, and learn new things.
• Drive to be dependable and perform to role expectations.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
• Forklift certification ability and 18+ years old minimum.
• Experience in merchandising is helpful.
• Knowledge of fencing, livestock handling, stock tanks and tractor implements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and generate sales.
• Suggest products, stock and merchandise the department.
• Maintain a clean, organized department and safeguard assets.
• Educate and assist customers on North 40 brands.
• Work scheduled shifts Mon-Sat 7 am–7 pm; Sun 9 am–5 pm; weekends/holidays possible.

North 40 Outfitters in Great Falls, MT, East Location,is looking to hire aFull-Time Farm Associateto join our team.We believe that each team member plays a vital role in the success of our company. We are looking for authentic and enthusiastic people who love our lifestyle and believe in service before self. As a FarmAssociateat North 40, you play a key role in the overall customer experience by providing outstanding customer service,generating sales and suggesting products, stocking and merchandising, maintaining a clean and organized department and safeguarding company assets.

This full-time position requires the ability to work all scheduled shifts between the business hours of Mon-Sat 7 am to 7 pm, and Sunday 9 am to 5 pm. This shift can include working weekends and certain holidays and will require flexibility in scheduling based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of fencing, livestock handling, stock tanks and tractor implements preferred
• Must have the ability to become forklift certified, must be 18+ years old to attain
• Previous merchandising experience is helpful
• Ability to educate and assist customers on the brands that North 40 sells
• Understanding of correct lifting and loading techniques. Physical ability to lift and carry 0-25lbs. continuously, 25-45lbs. frequently, 45-65lbs. occasionally, andteam lift anything over 65 lbs. Spending 100% of work time on your feet, including use of ladders, rolling staircases and pallet jacks.
