Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in an agricultural-related field, strong agricultural knowledge, and solid communication skills to interact with clients and tenants. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio of farm accounts and farm owner clients.
• Develop and secure farm management agreements through prospecting, analysis and sales.
• Review financial reports and communicate results to clients.
• Coordinate farm lease agreements and site visits with tenants and operators.
• Assist with crop planning, land maintenance and farming operations discussions with owners and tenants.
