Job summary

Florida Crystals Corporation in Florida is seeking a hands-on Farm Supervisor to lead field operations, ensure safety, and meet production and cost goals.

You will supervise planting, soil amendments, crop scouting, irrigation, and harvest activities, maintain records, and coordinate with the Farm Manager and other departments. The role requires independent work, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of two years of agricultural experience preferred.
• Ability to operate independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Comply with EHS policies and procedures.
• Attend safety meetings and implement action items.
• Coordinate soil amendments, land prep, planting inspections, fertilization, scouting, and cultivation.
• Maintain farm records and report equipment usage.
• Execute crop rotation plans and coordinate alternative crops.
• Schedule daily work for the team and supervise equipment readiness.
• Support cost control and budget adherence with Farm Manager.
• Communicate with all departments and enforce conduct policies.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
