Job summary

CWT Farms in Pleasant Hope, MO is seeking a dependable Utility Crew Associate to support daily farm operations. You will monitor for pest activity, collect samples, and assist with biosecurity and animal welfare programs while following safety procedures.

The role requires lifting, bending, standing, and the ability to work independently with attention to detail. A high school diploma is required and a chemical applicator license is preferred or can be obtained.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Pest management experience is preferred.
• Chemical applicator license is preferred or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Monitor farms daily for pest activity and perform corrective actions as needed.
• Collect blood, environmental, and clean-out samples as scheduled.
• Follow all biosecurity, animal welfare, ISO, and safety procedures; handle chemicals safely.
