Job summary

gpac is seeking a Farm Operations Associate for a reputable and growing farm operation in Colorado. The role involves assisting with day-to-day farm activities—planting, spraying, harvesting, and seed handling—and operating and maintaining farm equipment throughout the season.

You will support seed cleaning, loading seed to the field, and other operations, working closely with the farm team to keep operations efficient during busy seasons.

Qualifications

• Farming or equipment operation experience preferred.
• Experience with spraying, planting, or harvest operations a plus.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to be hands-on in all areas of the operation.
• Ability to work well with a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated individual with a long-term mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day farm operations including planting, spraying, harvesting, and seed handling.
