Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Comfortable with the use of technology.
• Ability to communicate orally, written, and via email.
• Authorized to work in the United States of America.
• Must pass a background check and drug-screen.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Obtain blood samples and prepare associated files for genomic lab testing.
• Ensure accuracy of samples taken for parental assignment.
• Assist with sample collection while maintaining biosecurity matrix.
• Maintain inventory of DNA supplies to prevent delays.
• Prepare and pack samples for shipment.
• Perform routine departmental tests as directed by lab management.
• Maintain laboratory and pen hygiene; follow bio-security and ISO policies.
