You will provide leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction to grow the business, strengthen client relationships, and deliver disciplined risk management services to agricultural producers. You will build a strong team, supervise and coach staff, oversee budgets, ensure compliance with company policies, and network with industry executives.

Formación

• Associates degree or higher with 5+ years in farm marketing or related field.
• Proven leadership, mentorship, and team-building capabilities.
• Strong communication and networking skills with industry stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction to Farm Marketing Consultants and office staff.
• Drive office growth, strengthen client relationships, and expand market presence.
• Ensure delivery of risk management services to agricultural producers and maintain compliance.
• Supervise, train, and coach employees; conduct annual goals meetings.
• Oversee budgets, review monthly profit & loss statements, and coordinate office routines.
