Job summary

Nutrition 101 LLC seeks a Farm Maintenance Manager to oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of farm feeding systems, pumps, and related infrastructure across the United States. You will manage preventative maintenance, inventory, and project coordination while traveling to multiple locations as needed.

The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, proficiency with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and concrete work, plus willingness to travel 75% and to work on-call.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance, construction, agricultural operations, mechanical systems, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience using power tools and performing hands‑on repairs.
• Working knowledge of: Plumbing systems; Basic electrical systems; Concrete work; Carpentry; Mechanical repair and maintenance
• Experience building and repairing pumps.
• Experience troubleshooting pumps, equipment, and operational systems.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively, including emergency travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform installation of farm feeding systems, including feed tanks, pumps, plumbing, electrical components, and related infrastructure.
• Complete concrete work, light construction, carpentry, and equipment setup required for successful installations.
• Coordinate and execute projects to support farm expansion, upgrades, and operational improvements.
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance programs for feeding systems, pumps, and farm equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity.
• Perform routine inspections and identify opportunities to improve equipment performance and reliability.
