Responsibilities include mixing agricultural inputs, applying fertilizers and pesticides, directing crews, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. English fluency and a valid driver’s license within 30 days are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 months of experience is required.
• Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire.
• Worker must be able to speak English.
• Drug screen post-hire at employer's expense and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload crops or containers using conveyors, handtrucks, forklifts, or transfer augers.
• Operate or tend equipment used in agricultural production, including tractors, combines, and irrigation equipment.
• Mix materials and spray fertilizer or pesticides as directed.
• Direct and monitor work crews in planting, weeding, or harvesting activities.
• Irrigate soil and maintain irrigation systems and ditches.
• Maintain and report equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
