Responsibilities

• Provide support and assistance to the Farm Loan Chief, Farm Loan Specialists, and County Offices in the full spectrum of lending activities and loan servicing.
• Under the direction of the District Director and Farm Loan Manager, collaborate with Farm Loan staff across the organization.
• Perform analysis, evaluation, and advisory assignments related to effective delivery of loan making and servicing activities.
• Assist in formulating and implementing Farm Loan programs, policies, and procedures for assigned geographical areas.
