Job summary

L&M Fleet Supply in Cloquet, MN is seeking a Sales Floor Clerk for the Farm & Load Out Department. This role offers full-time or part-time hours, with a starting pay range of $13.25–$15 per hour and a friendly, customer-focused environment.

You will greet customers, help them find products, manage stock and inventory in your department, and keep displays organized. Knowledge of farm and bulk products is a plus, and prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience and/or knowledge of retail sales & customer service is preferred.
• Knowledge of farm and bulk products and accessories is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them find specific products in the store.
• Take inventory of products and restock shelves in the assigned department.
• Maintain display shelves and merchandising standards to create a positive shopping experience.
