Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Produce Clerk in Las Vegas to stock, merchandize and stock the Produce department while delivering exceptional customer service. You will greet customers, answer questions and help them make healthy choices in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Responsibilities include stocking, tagging, price accuracy, rotation and inventory control, with emphasis on freshness and high-quality offerings. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Dependable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Respect for others and commitment to Sprouts' diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication and ability to take direction and work in a team.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, multi-task, stay organized; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods and walk up to 5 miles in an 8 hour shift.
• Adhere to safety, OSHA and weights regulations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Stock and present the Produce department per department schematics.
• Ensure tag and pricing accuracy across products.
• Rotate and rotate merchandise to maintain freshness and availability.
• Answer customer questions in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Maintain inventory control and proper rotation to maximize product quality.
