Job summary

H2ajobs is seeking workers for farm labor, including harvesting crops and haying, operating tractors and harvest equipment. Duties include driving trucks, hauling crops, and feedlot chores with routine cattle rotation and fence maintenance.

Workers may perform field duties in spring and after harvest, haul hay and manure, with on-the-job training provided. Housing is provided; meals are not included, and some transportation to town is offered.

Qualifications

• This job requires a minimum of 3 months of agricultural field work experience.
• Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Harvesting crops and haying on farms, operating tractors, plows, discs, sprayers, and combine harvesters.
• Drive trucks and trailers to haul equipment and crops after harvest.
• Perform feedlot chores, load feed with a payloader, and dump loads twice daily.
• Rotate cattle between pens and inspect/repair fencing as needed.
• Assist with field work in spring and after harvest, haul hay, and haul manure.
