Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience as a mechanic or technician, preferably in agriculture.
Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for all farm equipment.
Perform routine inspections and mechanical repairs on various farm machinery.
Assist with irrigation system maintenance including pumps and valves.
