Responsibilities include:* Experience in row crop production, (willing to train the right candidate with a solid farm background and strong references).* Must be self-motivated, dependable, and take pride in their work.* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.* Experience with GPS precision technology is a plus, as all equipment is equipped with it.* Willingness to be flexible and assist in all areas of the farm as needed.* Depending on experience, responsibilities may include operating a planter, spreader, field cultivator, combine, soil finisher, grain cart, weed zapper, rock picker.
