Job summary

Rally Search is seeking a Contracts Manager to support our Contracts and Program Managers in day-to-day setup, management and execution of government project delivery. The role requires strong FAR/DFARS knowledge, ITAR/EAR familiarity, and experience with export licensing processes.

You will interact with DCMA/DCAA, SAM.gov, PIEE/WAWF and other compliance activities, maintain the commercial compliance matrix, and ensure adherence to DoD contracting standards.

Qualifications

• Experience contracting with Government, DoD, primes and subs.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS, ITAR, EAR, and export controls.
• Strong compliance and logistics management.

Responsibilities

• Support project compliance reporting (ISRs, GFE reports).
• Maintain the commercial compliance matrix.
• Collaborate with DCMA/DCAA, SAM.gov, PIEE/WAWF and export-control processes.
