Qualifications

• Progressive accounting experience, including management in a public accounting firm.
• Experience providing outsourced accounting, client accounting advisory, or controllership services to multiple clients.
• Not-for-profit accounting experience supporting charitable organizations, foundations, associations, or educational institutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of outsourced accounting and financial reporting services for not-for-profit clients.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on accounting operations, reporting requirements, and process improvements.
• Lead, coach, and develop accounting professionals, including offshore team members.
• Oversee client onboarding activities, including process transitions and system implementations.
• Review financial statements, management reporting packs, reconciliations, and other deliverables.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, grant reporting, and board reporting.
• Monitor engagement performance, resource utilization, and client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through process enhancements and technology solutions.
• Manage multiple client priorities while delivering exceptional service and quality.
