MOHR Talent seeks a skilled Robotic Welding Technician to join its aerospace manufacturing operations near West Point, MS. You will operate, set up, troubleshoot, and optimize Fanuc robotic welding cells to deliver precision welds for aerospace components.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of robotic welding experience in aerospace/defense manufacturing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain robotic welding cells.
• Work with Fanuc robotics systems including teach pendant operation and program adjustments.
• Operate Fronius and Miller welding equipment to produce high-quality welds.
• Perform MIG/GMAW welding and optimize weld parameters, sequencing, and cycle times.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, welding symbols, GD&T, and technical specs.
• Troubleshoot robot faults, torch alignment, wire feed issues, and downtime.
• Inspect weld fit-up and perform in-process quality checks.
• Support NPI, fixture validation, and weld path optimization.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Production to improve welding processes.
