US Oral Surgery Management seeks a board-certified surgeon to take over a well-established practice in the southwest Chicago suburbs in 2027. This is a transition role with full clinical autonomy and an established referral base, offering base salary plus collections bonuses and equity with partnership.

Ideal candidates have private practice experience, are open to growth into orthognathic surgery, and appreciate hospital-based opportunities.
