Our Retail Sales Help role focuses on delivering an energetic, customer-driven experience, maintaining product presentation, and acting as a product expert to help fans express their personal style.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Generate Revenue: Achieve revenue growth through customer service.
• Control Expenses: Protect Company assets within guidelines of LIDS Retail policies.
• Store operations: Participate in managing store inventory including processing shipments and resetting merchandise.
• Maintain standards: Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the dress code.
• Other duties as assigned.
