Job summary

One Hope United in Illinois seeks a licensed therapist with a systemic perspective to deliver family therapy for adolescents aged 12 to 17.5 in their homes. You will conduct MST assessments, engage caregivers and key participants, and develop interventions addressing behavioral issues within the family system.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling or related field.
• Experience with families and youth; MST training or certification preferred.
• Ability to travel to homes and communities; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct MST assessment and develop interventions addressing referral behaviors.
• Engage primary caregiver and key participants in change-oriented solutions.
• Conduct sessions in youths' natural environments; must have a car.
• Maintain clear documentation demonstrating MST adherence and processes.
• Collaborate with systems to maintain treatment alignment and milestones.
• Participate in MST training, supervision, and consultations.
• Maintain caseloads of five families at a time.
• Staff available to families 24/7 except vacations and personal time off.
• Work independently with flexibility and adaptability.
• Receive MST certification through a five-day training and ongoing updates.
