The Family Systems Therapy (FST) program provides intensive home-based individual and family treatment addressing the multiple determinants of delinquent behavior in youth involved with Kenosha County Youth Justice Court. As the Family Systems Therapist, you will work with youth and families through multiple weekly contacts in the home, or other community settings. Our programming follows the Multisystemic Therapy approach, with the Therapist working to understand the function of the youth's maladaptive behavior, as well as the strengths within the family.
Kenosha, WI. Hybrid 50% WFH days per week. Local travel is required to meet with clients within the home and other community spaces throughout Kenosha County area, with mileage reimbursement.
Full-time 40 hours per week Monday-Friday. Flexibility for afternoon/evening sessions is required to accommodate family work/school schedules.
