Job summary

The Villages of Indiana is hiring a Family Support Worker – Healthy Families to assist new parents through home visits and ongoing family support services. You will work within a team to provide culturally competent, client-centered care that strengthens parent-child relationships and family support systems.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and experience with children and families, with a commitment to serving diverse populations and knowledge of infant and child development.

Responsibilities

• Provide family support services to new parents through Healthy Families.
• Maintain regular and long-term contact/support with families.
