Qualifications
- Preferred: Bachelor\'s degree in health or human service-related field or education.
- Required: Associate degree in health and human service-related field or education and 2 years of experience.
- Valid driver\'s license required.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home visits to expectant parents and caregivers, offering parenting education and advocacy.
- Link families to local resources, promote child health and development, and problem-solve with families.
- Assist in designing individualized support plans and empower families to achieve their goals.
