Eliot is seeking passionateFamily Support Specialists to join our Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (MSPCC) division. You will be working with our Healthy Families program, a parenting education initiative designed to help first‑time parents to create a stable, nurturing environment for their child. In this role, you will provide personalized support and guidance in the family’s home that teach parents about pregnancy, proper baby care, nurturing and attachment, effective parenting skills, and provide parents with information about healthy child development.

Responsibilities:

• Educate parents on optimal health, growth, and development during infancy and early childhood

• Assist parents with in setting and achieving goals related to education, work and housing
• Connect families with essential community resources, including educational, employment, financial, housing, and medical services

Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 9am‑5pm with flexibility needed for occasional evening appointments

Compensation:

• High school diploma: $20.60/hr.
• Bilingual candidates fluent in a needed language may be eligible for a 6% salary increase

Hourly Rate

$20.60 - $21.75 USD
