Job summary

Ymcacentralflorida seeks a Family Service Representative to ensure a welcoming experience at The Learning Center. You will deliver exceptional customer service, handle data entry tasks, and support families with their needs.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, experience in administration, and a flair for customer interactions to satisfy families while maintaining operational standards.

This role requires a High School Degree, with a preference for candidates who have prior experience in a similar position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year experience in a receptionist or related role is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with EZCare2 system is a plus.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with families on a day-to-day basis.
• Assist management in completing data-driven tasks and reports.
• Maintain accurate records and assists with data entry.
