Job summary

Boys Town is seeking an In-Home Family Services Specialist to help families in their homes build stronger relationships and parenting skills.

Starting pay is $22-24/hour with full-time options; shifts include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and on-call hours. You will provide in-home support, connect families to resources, and document progress while collaborating with schools and healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services and 2 years of experience working with youth and families.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (Mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

What You'll Be Doing:

As an In-Home Family Services Specialist, you'll work directly with families to help them overcome challenges and build skills for long-term success. Your responsibilities will include:

Who We're Looking For:

• Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in human services and 2 years of experience working with youth and families

Duties are performed in a variety of environments ranging from highly stressful and potentially aggressive to casual and leisurely, in both indoor and outdoor settings. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is subject to outside weather conditions and maybe required to visit homes with substandard living conditions and domestic pets.
