What You’ll Be Doing

As an In-Home Family Services Specialist, you'll work directly with families to help them overcome challenges and build skills for long‑term success. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing in-home support and teaching practical skills to strengthen families.
  • Connecting families with community resources such as schools, healthcare, and social services.
  • Offering crisis intervention and guidance when needed.
  • Building strong relationships with families and collaborating with professionals like teachers, doctors, and social workers.
  • Developing service plans, monitoring progress, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Who We’re Looking For
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in human services or related field and 1 year of experience working with children and families
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
