Job summary

Gen is seeking a Product Lead to own the Family Safety capability across multiple consumer scenarios from discovery to launch. You will define the capability roadmap, write detailed requirements, and drive alignment between engineering, UX, and business teams to ship essential features.

You will navigate regulatory constraints, work with privacy and legal stakeholders, and balance make-vs-buy decisions while communicating clear tradeoffs to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–8+ years of product management experience.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to reason about device constraints.
• Experience leveraging AI tools in product work.

Responsibilities

• Own the Family Safety capability roadmap and prioritize the backlog.
• Write product requirements with edge cases, device constraints, and cross-surface implications.
• Serve as the connective tissue between UX, engineering, legal/privacy, and business stakeholders.
• Navigate regulatory constraints and translate requirements into capability features.
• Communicate priorities and timelines to senior leadership and partners.
