Responsibilities

• Runs shifts effectively to ensure quality products, guest service, and restaurant cleanliness meet system standards.
• Ensures guests receive quality products within 5 minutes for in-house orders and 4 minutes for drive-thru orders.
• Monitors safety practices and company policies within the team.
• Assists with weekly sales and labor data during shifts.
• Develops crew and shift leaders using training checklists.
• Maintains adequate staffing on each shift to meet labor cost standards.
