Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with three years of experience serving the general public.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and maintain a safe driving history.
• Candidate may be subject to a fingerprint background check as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Observe, interview and plan family interventions with families.
• Consult with families at the office and in their homes; work with social workers.
• Educate families about resources and how to access them; participate in meetings.
• Provide transportation for families to services, meetings and treatments as needed.
• Document all work, contacts and resources for case narratives and planning.
