Job summary

Arkansas Baptist Children & Family Ministries is seeking a Resource Manager to guide families toward independence by coordinating life skills resources, developing plans of care, and ensuring timely documentation. The role focuses on strengthening families and maintaining a safe, Christ-centered environment.

Responsibilities include intake, budget planning, service documentation, staff supervision, volunteer coordination, and community outreach.

Responsibilities

• Family placement, development & responsibilities
• Provide family services from intake through discharge
• Screening and intake with 24-hour turnaround
• Assess applicants to plan of care & budget development
• Facilitate and document Plan of Care and life skills training
• Maintain client files in electronic system with timely updates
• Work on peer caseloads and coordinate with Desired Haven team
• Supervise Resident Assistant, Tutors & Advocate Coordinator
• Develop and strengthen families through life skills & resources
• Maintain agency home facilities, safety drills & inspections
• Coordinate volunteers and manage donations
• Communicate with the team via email, Teams, and calls
• Engage in public relations activities via speaking and articles
• Provide 40 hours weekly including evenings, weekends & on-call
