Qualifications

• Preferred AA degree with two years of case management in social/human services or tribal organizations.
• Minimum high school diploma with five years of case management in social/human services or tribal organizations. Extensive experience plus AA considered.
• Knowledgeable about child welfare services, family preservation, foster care and tribal governments.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services to children, families, and communities with Family Programs Administrator.
• Maintain regular contact with stakeholders and keep accurate case notes.
• Attend meetings as scheduled and conduct home visits as needed.
• Collaborate with Tribal Councils on tribal children placements.
• Identify at-risk families/children and advocate for appropriate placements.
• Travel for work-related meetings as requested by supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
