Health Match BC is recruiting for two Emergency Department physician positions at South Okanagan General Hospital (SOGH) in Oliver, BC. You will join a supportive team of FP, FP-EM, and CCFP (EM) physicians with flexible overlapping shifts, including winter and summer adjustments, and locum opportunities to explore the area.

Located in the South Okanagan, the community offers outdoor recreation and collaboration with UBC's Southern Medical Program.

• Pharmacy, X-ray, lab


• Most urgent referrals are made to Penticton Regional Hospital

Emergency Department Opportunities

Compensation

May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) including: Retention Premium 4.73% Retention Flat Fee $7,322 Relocation Funding Available $9,000-15,000 Recruitment Incentive $10,000 Other Benefits/Incentives Rural Incentives include:

• Recruitment bonus: $10,000


• Relocation: $9,000 - $15,000 based on move location


• Fee Premium: 4.73%


• Annual Retention: $ 7,322.40


• Rural CME: max of $ 4400/year after 4 years in practice
