Texas Health Physicians Group is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join an established practice in Forney, TX, east of Dallas. This outpatient role focuses on comprehensive care for patients of all ages with full support from a dedicated team.

Traditional hours, EPIC EMR, and collaboration with physicians and APPs are core. The position offers a salary guaranteed with RVU-based bonus potential and a strong benefits package including 401(k) and malpractice insurance.

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible in family medicine.
• Texas license required.
• Outpatient only practice with no hospital call.
• Experience with Medicare population.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive family medicine care to a diverse patient population.
• Work collaboratively with a team of physicians & Advanced Practice Providers.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management.

Position Details

• Traditional office hours, Monday Friday, 8AM to 5PM
• Utilize state of the art technology to decrease workload and allow more time to focus on patient care
• Provide comprehensive family medicine care to a diverse patient population.
• Work collaboratively with a team of physicians & Advance Practice Providers
• EPIC EMR documentation system
• Board certified or board eligible in family medicine and Texas license required

• Initial salary guarantee with work RVU & qualify bonus compensation structure
