Valor Healthcare in New York is seeking a Primary Care Physician to diagnose and treat diseases, provide preventive care, and manage chronic conditions.
You will deliver comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting, with emphasis on patient-centered care and collaboration with the Patient Aligned Care Team to achieve quality metrics.

The Primary Care Physician diagnoses and treats diseases and injuries of human internal organ systems and delivers preventive and therapeutic treatment of primary care needs, including chronic disease management, of patients through routine physical examination testing and non-invasive treatment. This includes strong communication with fellow team members to ensure the expectations of Patient Aligned Care Team metrics are met.
Final compensation will be based on relevant factors including work experience, skills, certifications, and internal equity.
