Job summary

Pioneer Medical Group in Sebring, Florida, is seeking a hospitalist to join a daytime team with Epic EMR documentation. The role manages a daytime patient census, collaborates with an APP on admissions, and does not require procedures or codes.

Hospitalist experience is preferred but not required, and board-certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine is expected. The position offers solid compensation with RVU and quality incentives, plus a comprehensive benefits package including

• Utilize Epic EMR for all documentation and patient management.

Compensation & Schedule

• 15/16 days per month (183 shifts/year): Total Compensation $300k+
• Option to pick up additional shifts for extra income
• RVU and quality incentives, paid monthly with a 60-day delay
