Live Well Homecare is seeking an outpatient clinician to provide care for teens and adults in a focused setting. The role supports a manageable 16–18 patients per day and requires maintaining hospital privileges while delivering high-quality care in a collaborative environment.

The position follows a Monday–Friday 8 am–5 pm schedule, with optional 4-day weeks and built-in admin time. Competitive hourly pay, paid malpractice, and travel/housing support are provided.

Qualifications
